Rise of the Planet of the Apes

Rise of the Planet of the Apes
Rating:
PG-13 (for intense and frightening sequences of action and violence)
Hitting Theaters August 5, 2011

I recall first seeing the movie trailer for "Rise of the Planet of the Apes" a few months ago, before another movie, in a theater, and recall how amazing this movie looked, it was creepy it was so real, I wasn't sure what it was until I heard the name "Ceasar" then I realized, this was the ape from the classics with Charlton Heston and the more recent Planet of the Apes in 2001 starring Mark Walberg.

In short, this trailer, got me excited, by the time I was at the end, saw the title, this (along with Captain America which comes out tomorrow! July 22, 2011) is on my MUST SEE movie list this summer. I can't wait. I wrote about it just now as I was on a website, and in preview to a video I wanted to watch (at colbertnation.com), this trailer came up, a newer, longer one. I had to share about it and the links so you could see it for yourself. Here is the movie page with both movie trailers at Apple Trailers.

By 20th Century Fox, if you don't feel troubled or feel something for these humanoid looking apes, go to the official website here http://www.apeswillrise.com and check out the still photos, it will blow your mind (it was amazing to me anyway).

It's funny by the way, in history, names of the month, the month of July was named for Julis Caesar, and August for Caesar Augustus. Then we get a new movie out around the same time frame. Was this planned? Who knows. Looking forward to it, and will see it asap and post a movie review right away.
